Note: Payment schedules are designed to ensure we can make all necessary arrangements for your trip. Early payments help us secure the best accommodations and experiences for your journey with Vac Ventures.
Booking Amount: At the time of booking, you are required to pay a minimum booking amount to secure your spot. This amount is fully refundable depending on the number of days left until the trip.
50% Payment: As the date approaches, partial payment is required to confirm your reservation. This payment becomes compulsory closer to the trip.
75% Payment: As we get closer to the trip date, we ask for a 75% payment to ensure that all arrangements are finalized.
100% Payment: For trips with less than 2 days remaining, full payment is required to confirm the booking.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All card transactions are secure and encrypted.
Bank transfers are also accepted. Our banking details will be provided upon request. Please note that bank transfers may take 2-3 business days to process.
