Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Vac Ventures.

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required payment as per our payment policy.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or safety concerns.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.

Users must comply with all safety guidelines, instructions, and regulations provided by Vac Ventures or its representatives during the trip.

Users are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to visas, permits, and identification documents.

Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for detailed information on cancellations and refunds.

In general, the following principles apply:

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trip start date may be eligible for a full refund, minus administrative fees.
Cancellations made between 15-30 days before the trip start date may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the trip start date are generally not eligible for a refund.
Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Liability and Insurance

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure your safety and well-being, adventure travel inherently involves risks. Vac Ventures is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during your trip due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance that covers adventure activities, medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
